What do you do in the "Real World: I'm a cook
Hobbies/Interests: Football, Radio & Computers. I am also involved with Tarka Radio (Hospital radio in Barnstaple) I Am a mad Keen supporter of Reading FC (The ROYALS) who have followed since I was really young but since moving to Devon I also go and watch Exeter City who are my second team. I am also fascinated with pirate off-shore radio from the sixties although I was born in the seventies. I Love Radio Caroline who are infact still going strong & can be heard on Sky Digital.
If you had to make a request what would it be and why: loads of great music around but it would have to be either The Beach boys with Surfing USA or a track by a band that's only been around for a couple of years. The Thrills with Big sur
If you could spend an evening with one musical artist alive or dead who would it be and why: Not to sure about this one. I am really keen on music by Lloyd Cole & the Commotions, so it would have to be Lloyd Cole.
Tell us an interesting fact about you: Not a lot to say really. I met Steve Wright before he was famous. He was on local radio in Reading and came to my school. Also although I am a really good cook (I can make really good cakes) I accidentally set North Devon collages kitchen on fire where I was doing my training. (I'm saying no more!!)
Name one thing that really annoys you: I am an easy going guy and it takes a lot to annoy me. I hate these new reality TV shows, I can't watch them there awful.

Why do you think Hospital Radio stations are important? Hospital radios main aim is to help patients stay in hospital relaxing. No one likes being in hospital so knowing you can turn on hospital Radio and hear your request says it all.
What would you say to someone who is thinking of joining Isca Radio: Do It. its great fun and you meet loads of people. (Crazy ones like me as well.)
